My "bedroom" was right next to the morgue---and notice the children's eye chart on the door!! One morning the door to the morgue was half open and I heard a bunch of commotion---my heart was pounding hoping that I would not be a witness to yet another numerous horrific suicide (Alaska is top in the nation!!...the village of Brevig is so small and they have had like 2 suicides in two months!!!!!) Thankfully it was only the maintenance people on the other side of the door getting supplies.
