(Lisa demonstrating PART of the load she must carry with her to every village! several days' food and water for herself, clothing, sleeping bag, aero-bed, vaccines, documents, etc! She told me her sleeping bag is designed to keep someone warm even in artic conditions and that if she ever is submersed in water, she can crawl into that sleeping bag dripping wet and it is designed to instantly wick all the water off her and warm her back up!)
