It was bitterly cold last week in Gambell! I have included a couple pictures of the Gambell clinic, and outside you can see their patient transport cart....pretty cool. Just this season alone in Gambell they have killed 9 polar bears...got a picture of one drying inside out along with some meat hanging next to it. The people of Gambell also killed three whales within the last two weeks and here some pictures of some of their butchered whales. Notice how expensive laundry detergent is in Gambell and how poor their vegetable choices are. Very little jobs in Gambell and the jobs there pay very little.
