Epazote

When we were in Nome...Linzay always asked us if there was anything she could bring us when she came. Well I did not know she was coming but Iran knew all along...she asked if she could bring anything. Well she graciously brought us a boat load of things...but one thing in particular was what Iran had requested. "Epazote" some sort of Mexican herb. I personally have never seen it before but supposedly he says it's great in soups. When she brought it fresh it KIND OF reminds me of cilantro or parsley...that's a KIND OF. I walk in the "dorm room" the other day and I see this. Hmmmmmm....Iran drying his herbs.
