Sun burn!

OUCH!! Of course when you live in a cold climate you never think you can get a sun burn when it is not very hot outside....wrong. It was not very chilly out so I was so excited to actually wear short sleeves without a jacket...which is RARE! I was outside for a long time....and when I got home felt so sick...and felt heat radiating from my body. Felt like my face, ears, neck, arms and my legs from where my pants were rolled up were on fire. Much of my skin has not seen the sunlight in over three years....well they have now! Helllllooo Vitamin D!!
