Everyone has said....DON'T CAN CRABS IT IS WAY TOO MUCH WORK, just freeze them in the shell....well....of course I had to try for myself, like always. It is a tremendous amount of work and NO ONE will ever appreciate it unless they are sitting here with us doing it....after canning it last weekend with torn up numb fingers, I vowed I would NEVER do it again....we popped open a can just to try it........sooooooooooo delicious!! So okay...Phil, when can you bring us more crab so we can can it!
